SWONE Platform Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
1. Who we are
This policy is published by SWONE (service brands: SWAGENCY, SWONETOUR), the operator of www.swagency.net. It covers "SWONE Factory", our in-house content tool that publishes videos and posts made by SWONE to SWONE's own accounts on third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Naver Blog.
Contact: swagency@swagency.net
2. Who uses SWONE Factory
SWONE Factory is not offered to the public. It is used only by SWONE and its staff, and only with social media accounts owned or managed by SWONE (and, with permission, accounts of family members who run SWONE channels). There is no public sign-up.
3. Information we access
When an account owner connects a platform account to SWONE Factory through the platform's official login (for example, Login Kit for TikTok or Google OAuth for YouTube), we receive only what that account owner approves on the platform's consent screen:
- Basic account information (such as account ID, display name and avatar), used to confirm which account a video will be sent to.
- Permission to upload content, used to upload our own videos as drafts or posts to that same account.
- Access tokens issued by the platform, used to keep the connection active.
We do not request or collect followers, messages, contacts, viewing history, location, payment details or passwords. Passwords are entered only on the platform's own login page.
4. How we use the information
We use it only to upload SWONE's own videos and their titles, captions and hashtags to the connected account, and to check whether the upload succeeded. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and we do not combine it with other data.
5. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored on SWONE's own work computer in protected files that are not uploaded or shared. Only SWONE administrators can access them. Video files we create remain on that computer.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share platform data with anyone. Data is sent only to the platform it came from (for example, a video sent to TikTok's servers in order to post it).
7. Retention and deletion
We keep access tokens only while an account stays connected. An account owner can disconnect at any time from the platform's settings (for example, TikTok: Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions; Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by emailing us. After disconnection we delete the stored tokens and account information within 30 days.
8. Platform policies
Use of TikTok data follows the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. SWONE Factory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube uploads are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
9. Children
SWONE Factory is not directed to children and is used only by adult staff of SWONE.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
