SWONE Platform Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026 1. About these terms These terms apply to "SWONE Factory", an internal content-publishing tool operated by SWONE (service brands: SWAGENCY, SWONETOUR; www.swagency.net). The tool uploads videos and posts created by SWONE to social media accounts owned or managed by SWONE, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Naver Blog. 2. Who may use it SWONE Factory is not a public service. Only SWONE and its authorized staff may use it, and only with accounts that SWONE owns or manages, or whose owner has given permission. By connecting an account, the account owner confirms they are authorized to do so. 3. How it works Account owners connect their accounts through each platform's official login and consent screen. SWONE Factory then uploads SWONE's videos with their titles, captions and hashtags as drafts or scheduled posts. On TikTok, videos are sent to the account's inbox as drafts, and the account owner reviews and publishes them in the TikTok app. 4. Content responsibility SWONE is responsible for all content it uploads. Content must follow each platform's rules (including the TikTok Community Guidelines and the YouTube Community Guidelines). Videos made with AI-generated images or voices are labeled as AI-generated where the platform requires it. 5. Platform terms Use of each platform through SWONE Factory is also subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms, and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). If these terms conflict with a platform's terms, the platform's terms apply. 6. Disconnecting An account owner may disconnect SWONE Factory at any time from the platform's app permission settings or by emailing us. Data handling is described in the SWONE Platform Privacy Policy (https://www.swagency.net/platform-privacy). 7. No warranty SWONE Factory is provided as an internal tool without any warranty. SWONE may change, pause or stop it at any time. 8.
