Operating draft · Version 2026-10-16-v1. Operator business details, privacy contact and processing/transfer notices must be confirmed before public operation.
Creator application
Creator applications collect a creator name, email, profile/social information, photo, optional phone and consent records. Application records are retained for 180 days for review and collaboration contact and remain private until approval. Approved profiles and photos are published within the agreed scope; email and phone remain private. Withdrawal or deletion requests can be sent to the company email. Application notification emails contain only a receipt number and admin link.
Automated processing of creator collaboration replies
Collaboration replies received at the company mailbox may be automatically classified as interested, more information required, declined or contact opt-out. Reply records and summaries are kept in the private operations database and access-restricted Google Sheets. Original records are subject to a 180-day retention period. A public profile may be approved automatically after a complete application, profile and photo permissions, sender authentication and the link between the social account and email are verified. Original replies and email addresses remain private. Contact the company email to correct a classification, withdraw a public profile or stop further contact.
Information collected and purpose
We require your company, contact name, email and message to handle campaign and marketing inquiries. Phone, industry, goals, audience, location, platforms, content type, budget, timing and selected creators are stored only if provided.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are configured for 180-day retention from submission. The operator can delete records through admin tools when their purpose is fulfilled or a deletion request is verified. Contract records requiring statutory retention must be handled separately.
Consent and your rights
You may decline consent, in which case online inquiry submission is unavailable. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the contact page.
Security measures
Inquiries are stored in the server database and are not exposed through public APIs. Only authorized admin accounts can access them. Request identifiers are temporarily used as one-way hashes for spam prevention. Shortlists stay in your browser; selected IDs are sent with an inquiry.
Service infrastructure
The site uses Sites-managed Cloudflare D1 and R2 for database and image storage. Email notifications operate only when a sending service is configured. Operator, processing delegation and international transfer notices must be finalized before public operation.
